Erie Seawolves starter Eric Lauer was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Eugene Emeralds, 4-2. Carter Capps was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 26 of 32 save opportunities. Eugene is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 7 in a row.
