Injury Shuts Down Niemann for Season Sunday, September 6th, 2020 Josh Niemann has to call it a season. The Rowland Heights Atomics starting pitcher learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 09/05/2020 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as shoulder inflammation and stated that he would not be able to play for 7 months. The team will likely place Niemann on the disabled list today. |
