Goddard's Cox Winner, SL2 Best Hitter in July Saturday, August 1st, 2020 Not known for his offensive prowess, Mike Cox set the league afire in July and took home the Sub League 2 Batter of the Month award. The Goddard first baseman posted a steady .299 batting average, 14 home runs, 27 RBIs and 20 runs. For the season Cox has produced 39 hits in 141 at-bats for a .277 average with 16 home runs and gotten on base at a .352 clip. |
