| Pride Nip Coyotes, 5-4 | Nashua beat Las Vegas at Bakers Stadium, eking out a 5-4 win. The win was due in large part to center fielder Andrew McCutchen, who earned player of the game honors. Johnny Cueto picked up the win, improving his season record to 13-9. He struck out 4 in 7 innings. Getting the save was Andrew Miller, his 28th.
Nashua took a 5-4 lead on McCutchen's 14th double of the season. The 2-run double, which he hit off Logan Shore in the top of the sixth, propelled Nashua to the win.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," McCutchen told the Nashua Gazette.
Nashua, now 63-63, holds third place in the Western League North West Divison.
