| Regina Beats San Juan, 4-2 | The Regina Reapers got a good effort from starter Robbie Ray in defeating the San Juan Rough Riders at Mosaic Stadium. The final score was 4-2. The winning pitcher was Ray, now 12-6. He tossed 6 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 7. Zach Britton earned his 34th save in 37 tries.
Davie, Florida-born Nick Castellanos came through in the clutch. In the bottom of the fourth, with a runner on 1st and the Reapers trailing 1-0, he hit a 2-run home run to left to put Regina on top.
"It was a good effort all around," said Castellanos.
