| MuckDogs Stymie Raleigh, Take 7-1 Win | The Fairview MuckDogs got a good effort from starter Stephen Strasburg in defeating the Raleigh Renegades at Stars Stadium. The final score was 7-1. Jon Moscot, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 1st save. With the victory, the MuckDogs record now stands at 46-62.
Also making an impact was left fielder Khris Davis, who drilled a run-scoring triple in the bottom of the fourth inning for the MuckDogs. For the game, Davis was 1 for 3 with a triple and a walk.
"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Davis told a Fairview Chronicle reporter. "Sometimes we need just to relax."
