Richmond third baseman Marcus Semien made his presence felt in the 8-4 Bullet Club triumph over the Erie Seawolves. Semien was 2 for 4 with a triple and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. The win was David Hernandez's in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Chasen Shreve took the loss for Erie. Richmond has now won 4 straight, while the Seawolves have lost 3 in a row.

Semien had a game-changing triple in the bottom of the eighth. On a full count fastball from Chasen Shreve, he banged a bases-clearing triple to right-center, giving the Bullet Club a 7-4 lead. It was the 3rd triple of the year for Semien.

"Enjoyed this one," Semien told the Richmond Herald. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
