Jackson Now 14-10 After Subduing Coyotes | Fans who gathered at Ballpark of Kansas City saw a good contest between the San Juan Rough Riders and Las Vegas Coyotes.
San Juan right-hander Luke Jackson pitched his team to victory over the Las Vegas Coyotes at Ballpark of Kansas City. The final score was 1-0. Sean Doolittle got the save, his 14th in 18 chances.
Jackson, who dominated for San Juan, earned the victory to move to 14-10. He was in control the whole game, scattering 3 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 9. Las Vegas batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.
"Winning the game is always the first objective," Jackson said.
San Juan is now 64-74, while Las Vegas is 70-70.
