| Bats Stun Indians, 6-5 | Indianapolis third baseman Nolan Arenado had a good game, even if his team did not. The Indians dropped a 6-5 decision to Austin at Victory Field. Arenado went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Wade Davis closed it out for his 24th save. The Bats' win now puts them at 76-72.
Mark Trumbo made it 5-4 in favor of Austin when he delivered a 2-run single. It came with one out in the top of the eighth. The Bats went on to win.
"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Austin manager Trey Bats.
