| Freedom, Donaldson Blast Indians | The Mississippi Freedom used an offensive barrage to beat the Indianapolis Indians, 10-1, at Ballpark of Columbus. Josh Donaldson led the way, going 3-for-5 for Mississippi. The win pushes Mississippi to a record of 9-9.
Donaldson had an important at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the fourth, when he hit a grand slam. The Freedom went on to win.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling pretty confident after that win," said Donaldson.
