The Avon Lake Schooners dealt the Richmond Bullet Club a 6-1 loss at Casterly Rock. Buster Posey was the star on offense. He belted 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Daniel Norris got the win, improving to 2-0. He pitched 9 innings, giving up 3 hits and 1 run, while striking out 7 and walking 1. With the loss, Richmond sinks to 11-13.

The Schooners picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.

"We're feeling pretty good in this clubhouse right now after that one," Posey told the Avon Lake Chronicle.
