| Moose, Rendon Pin Bad Loss on Freedom | Manitoba third baseman Anthony Rendon had a 4-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Mississippi Freedom, 10-1. The Moose, now 20-8, have played some good baseball in the early going.
Doing his part for Manitoba was second baseman Devon Travis, who stroked a grand slam home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, Travis hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice.
"We came out aggressive," said Moose manager Dan Courcelles. "We came out swinging the bats."
