| Freedom Get Past Austin for 6-5 Win | The Mississippi Freedom gave their fans something to talk about with a thrilling, walk-off win.
Mississippi designated hitter Marcell Ozuna had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team grab a 6-5 win over the Austin Bats. Reliever David Robertson picked up the win. His record improves to 4-2. Jake Petricka took the loss.
Ozuna had a game-changing single in the bottom of the ninth. On a 2-2 changeup from Jake Petricka, he banged a 2-run single to right, giving the Freedom a 6-5 lead. It was the 17th hit of the year for Ozuna.
"This place was jumping at the end," Ozuna said.
With the win, the Freedom have a record of 28-36.
