Fairview MuckDogs starter Michael Wacha kept the Erie Seawolves hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 6-1 win. Losses have been rare for the Seawolves, who are now 3-1.
Freddie Freeman helped out the Fairview cause in the bottom of the third inning with a 2-run triple. For the game, the first baseman was 1 for 3 with a triple and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
Freeman told a Fairview Gazette reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
