| Reapers Lose, 6-3, at Ballpark of Brooklyn | The Austin Bats picked up a win at Ballpark of Brooklyn, knocking off the Regina Reapers, 6-3. Starting pitcher Jon Gray played a key role in the triumph. Gray got the win, improving to 6-4. He allowed 6 hits and walked 2 over 7 innings. Gray allowed 2 earned runs. The Bats' win now puts them at 34-41.
In the bottom of the third, Byung-ho Park hit a 2-run home run for Austin. The 7th home run of the season for the Austin first baseman put the Bats on top, 2-0.
"It's a mindset," said Gray. "Just trying to do your job, trying to be consistent."
