| Reapers Come Back Late to Clip Pride | The Reapers had to overcome a good performance from Nashua pitcher Felix Hernandez to claim a 4-3 win at Ballpark of New Team. Hernandez went 7 innings and allowed 1 earned run. The Reapers have an impressive 60-31 record.
Had Edwin Encarnacion not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 2nd, Encarnacion hit a run-scoring double. That made the score 4-3, in favor of the Reapers.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Encarnacion said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
