| Pride Subdue Regina, 5-4 | Nashua starter Jeff Samardzija had a strong outing against the Regina Reapers at Ballpark of New Team. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 5-4 win. Glen Perkins earned his 1st save in 2 chances. Nashua is last in the Western League North West Divison with a record of 35-59.
Adam Eaton went 2 for 4 with a double for Nashua. The 28-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Robbie Ray. It was his 12th RBI of the season.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Eaton told the Nashua Observer.
