| Schooners SP Matz Tosses Masterpiece | The Avon Lake Schooners rolled to an easy 5-0 win over the Indianapolis Indians at Victory Field today. Leading the way to victory was starter Steven Matz, who shackled the Indianapolis Indians and held them scoreless on a 7-hitter.
"This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Matz said in his postgame press conference.
