| Victory Over Rough Riders Takes Las Vegas to 72-44 | 2017 is shaping up to be a forgettable year for the San Juan Rough Riders.
Las Vegas pitcher Jose Quintana did his part in helping his team beat the San Juan Rough Riders, 6-3. The left-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The Coyotes now have a mark of 72-44.
In the bottom of the third inning, catcher Yan Gomes came through big-time for the Coyotes. With Las Vegas trailing 1-0, he belted a solo home run.
"Good baseball players make you a smarter manager," said Las Vegas manager Greg H.
