| Choppers Rally For Late Win Over Seawolves | The Connecticut Choppers picked up a win at Houston Grounds, knocking off the Erie Seawolves, 3-2. Starting pitcher Shelby Miller played a key role in the triumph. The Choppers bumped their record to 36-24 with this latest triumph.
Travis d'Arnaud was the walk-off hero for Connecticut. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Choppers catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"This place was electric at the end," Miller said.
