| Coyotes Cut Down Reapers, 4-3 | Las Vegas Coyotes starter Nathan Eovaldi was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Regina Reapers, 4-3. Sergio Romo earned his 1st save in 3 tries. With the win over Regina, the Coyotes improved to 31-39.
Las Vegas designated hitter Lourdes Gurriel Jr. made his contribution to the Coyotes cause with a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning. For the day, Gurriel Jr. was 2-3 with 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Eovaldi told the Las Vegas Today.
