| Moore Dazzles in Richmond Win | Richmond got an elite performance from starting pitcher Matt Moore in taking a 1-0 decision over the Erie Seawolves. Arodys Vizcaino earned his 10th save in 11 chances. The Bullet Club, now 32-49, have won 5 in a row.
Moore, who dominated for Richmond, earned the victory to move to 7-5. He was in control the whole game, scattering 3 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 4. Erie batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.
"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Moore said after the game.
