| Bullet Club Lose, 8-5, at Stars Stadium | The Fairview MuckDogs knocked off the Richmond Bullet Club, 8-5, at Stars Stadium. Freddie Freeman, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason Fairview won. The first baseman was 2-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Michael Wacha earned the win to go to 4-4. He allowed 3 earned runs on 7 hits, with no walks and 7 strikeouts. With the win, Fairview has a record of 24-36. Richmond falls to 31-29.
Early in the game, left fielder Alex Gordon had a 3-run home run for Fairview. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the MuckDogs on top, 3-0.
