 | 15-K Game for Coyotes Richards Wednesday, July 10th, 2019 Garrett Richards of the Las Vegas Coyotes put on a pitching clinic today at Bakers Stadium as he struck out 15 Indianapolis Indians in a 4-1 victory. Richards was simply magnificent as he held the Indians to 2 hits. He walked 2. "I felt okay at the beginning," Richards said, "but eventually my fastball really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about Richards's performance, Coyotes manager Greg H shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was pretty good out there today. He was dominating." Richards has posted a 4-4 record for the year with a 2.39 ERA. Teams are hitting .218 against him and he has rung up 66 strikeouts in 64 innings.
