 | Week's #1 Player: Regina's Trout Monday, September 4th, 2017 26-year-old Mike Trout sent shock waves through Outlaw Baseball League last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Western League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Trout made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .450 average, 9 hits in 20 at-bats, 3 home runs and 6 RBI. Where the Regina Reapers center fielder goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Trout certainly made his mark last week. For the season Trout is batting .264 with 119 hits and 30 home runs. He has scored 83 times and batted in 92. |   |
