When a player the caliber of Rick Hague shows interest in an organization such as Pittsburgh, fans go crazy with speculation. Such is the case today as the 31-year-old star appeared to be in the midst of negotiations with the club.
Reports suggest that if a deal were to happen now, it would involve $35,200 in salary and last 1 year, though nothing has been confirmed either way.

Christian Villanueva let it slip in an interview with BNN's "Baseball in Focus" radio program that he respects the Alligators and would entertain playing at Alligators Ballpark next season. Stopping short of committing himself to the club, Villanueva said he'd have to be given the "right kind of deal" beforehand, though.
During his career Villanueva has compiled a .304 batting average and collected 256 hits, 17 home runs and 121 RBIs. |

Jitters swept over Los Angeles as word of a possible deal between the Los Angeles Magic and one of FBL's marquee players, Chris Coghlan, made the rounds. Sources within the organization tell BNN that Coghlan could make $31,200 over the next 1 year should he ink an agreement.
In 286 games, Coghlan is a lifetime .297 hitter. He has knocked in 134 runs, scored 174 times, hit 15 home runs, walked 164 times and has an on-base percentage of .398. |
