| Dillard Selected SL2's Top Player Tuesday, October 15th, 2019 The future looks extremely bright for Thomas Dillard. At the age of 22, many players are still trying to find their way in Outlaw Triple A.
Dillard has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the Sub League 2 Most Valuable Player Award.
"I didn't expect to hit .270 this year, that's for sure," the catcher said.
The Thunder Bay Jets star also put up a .358 on-base percentage this year, with 98 hits, 13 doubles, 2 triples, 18 home runs, 61 RBIs and 50 runs scored.
Domingo Santana of the Ft. Wayne Sky Sox finished second in voting, while Aaron Altherr of the Thunder Bay Jets finished third. | |
