For his spectacular campaign, the Schaumburg Boomers star has been named the 2019 Sub League 2 Most Valuable Player Award recipient.
"To be considered amongst the best in the league is pretty overwhelming," said the right fielder.
On the season he compiled a .317 batting average to go with a .439 on-base percentage. The native of New Kensington, Pennsylvania also added 19 doubles, 1 triple, 12 home runs, 43 RBIs and 60 runs scored.

"I didn't expect to hit .290 this year, that's for sure," the third baseman said.
The St. Louis Wildcats star also put up a .383 on-base percentage this year, with 142 hits, 28 doubles, no triples, 21 home runs, 87 RBIs and 68 runs scored.
Josh Greene of the St. Louis Wildcats finished second in voting, while Drew Mendoza of the Cassville Dynamo finished third. | | |
