Injury Derails Season for Masterson Saturday, September 5th, 2020 Team officials for the New York Desperados confirmed that bone chips in his elbow will force Justin Masterson to miss the rest of the season. Masterson sustained the injury on 09/03/2020. It remains to be seen who will replace Masterson on the active roster.
