The loquacious reliever said that he could see himself in a Desperados uniform, but that it was far from a done deal. Reportedly, $5,500 in cash is on the table over a 1-year time frame. So far in his career, Mariot has registered no saves and fashioned a 4-6 won-lost mark. In 58 games he has fanned 90 batters in 89 innings and logged a 4.35 ERA. |
