Finnegan Top Hitter in SL1 in July Saturday, August 1st, 2020 Justin Finnegan made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Sub League 1 this past month. The Chester Foxes right fielder shined through the month of July and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 22-year-old hit .278 with 9 home runs, 20 RBIs and 18 runs scored.
