Gunslingers Win Tight Division 1 Race Friday, September 4th, 2020 The Glendale Gunslingers are champions of the Division 1, but don't plan the parade quite yet. "It's a nice accomplishment, but we haven't done anything until we win the World Series," said catcher Pete Pedigo. "We're going to celebrate this for sure, but the real celebration is still to come for fans in Glendale." The club's record currently sits at 44-22. It is the team's 2nd division title and they will be seeking the franchise's 2nd Outlaw Rookie League championship. Team manager Dave Anderson said he'll take some time to celebrate the division title, but then it's "back to work" for members of the team and coaching staff. |
